Found this venue really bizarre. Based in a gym which is situated in a housing complex and was totally underwhelmed by the facilities and the staff. I was expecting to have my pedicure done in one of the treatment rooms, as displayed on Treatwell. Instead I had my pedicure outside a treatment room on a desk chair with people coming and going as I was having my pedicure done. Not the relaxing environment I wanted. As this was the first time I’d been here, I was very specific about what I wanted, especially when the technician tried to remove my shellac with the tool meant for acrylic nails. I left with two of my toes feeling really sore and a couple of days later, there were scabs so she’d cut me somehow. Won’t be coming back.
