Although my manicure looks great, Joanna trimmed the cuticles too much to the extent that 3 days later the sides of my fingernails are still sore and on a few fingers it's evidently red! This has never happened to be before at other salons with the same Shellac manicure procedure.

Huge waxing room, very modern décoré. Also the single best Hollywood wax I've had. Not one hair left! Was also offered a cup of tea when I came in. Overall lovely experience

The venue was small but cosy and I enjoyed the décor.
It was my first time getting eyelash extensions but Joanna was very informative and helped me choose the correct lashes for the look I wanted to achieve. After my treatment she informed me of the other types of eyelash extensions they offer and taught me how to take care of my lashes. 10/10 would recommend!
