Massage was ok but not great. Then had a facial which started using dermalogica products which I’d requested. The therapist told me my skin was sensitive and reacting to the dermalogica products and switched to elemis. This was fine but I asked her 4 or 5 times if she could recommend specific products from elemis for me to use at home and never got an answer which was very frustrating. General vibe and customer service on arrival not the best.
