The treatment I received is different from the treatment description. I booked a luxury pedicure which, based on description, contains also a leg treatment with a Zen Spa.
I had a just a good exfoliation to my feet, hot boots to let the cream penetrate, and a normal pedicure... all in a little hot squared space (which is the entrance to other 2 rooms with people passing through continuously- privacy zero).
A old plastic wash-basin was used:
nothing to do with the picture shown on Treatwell and with what is definable as luxury.
I asked about the legs treatment, showing also the description given on Treatwell and the aesthetician was not aware of it. She suggested she would have spoken with her boss after the appointment. This means that I didn’t receive it. Really disappointed.

Fantastic job by Elisa! As usual the staff is great. Although a lot could be done from an ambience/cleanliness POV e.g. the toilets, towels, replacement of the wax application sticks between customers etc.

Absolutely love the place and my nails done there. The only challenge is to get appointment on time as the place is very busy. Will come back again!
