Salon was hard to find. You do basically sit in a waiting room that has a steady stream of people coming through it but it's not something I worry about it. It was very clean though and the lady who did my ladies was very competent. My gel nails were removed with fairly minimal pain and damage to my own nails and my manicure after was speedy and neat. I would have maybe liked to have seen a better darker colour selection. Overall, a great experience though.
