Good maintenance facial - great products (Elemis) and my skin felt really soft afterwards. It certainly wasn’t a lux experience, for example during the mask I was left alone for 10 minutes rather than being offered a hand massage or similar. Would definitely go again off peak but would be very expensive if you were paying full price.
