Upon arrival although I had already paid for two people to get a 3 hour treatment a week before. The manager wanted to double check my bank details on my card “as the payment was over £100”, it was very awkward and I felt uncomfortable. I was not able to fully enjoy the treatments after that experience. The shower were far away from the treatment room therefore I was thankful I had my own slippers however it was not nice walking pass the cold reception area in a towel.
