Great massage and facial left my skin feeling incredible. Unfortunately due to last minute staff illness, my appointment had to be rearranged to a much earlier time. The staff were apologetic and to make up for the inconvenience, I was offered a free massage of equivalent value for another time of my choosing. Aside from the unforeseeable situation of staff illness, I can highly recommend this venue.
