Wax was great, thorough except i did find it quite slow - im used to being in and out in 15mins but i felt like i was in there for nearly double the time. She strip waxes the sides and then everything else was hot waxed which i'd never had before but was fine. Therapist was lovely but not super chatty so felt it dragged at times.
