Disappointing. Had read the positive reviews for Lucjan and was looking forward to this. He had so little pressure and didn’t seem to know where to press to release tension. Instead was a bunch of big sweeping strokes with limited impact. Kept passing my knots and not actually getting them. Asked for more pressure multiple times but to no avail. I prefer the cheap shops in Chinatown to this; waste of money and tome. If you like being stroked for £35, this is for you. Otherwise avoid.

The environment was relaxing and clean. It could have been little warmer in the room and the lights were bright. I was happy with my facial, it actually lasted little longer than 1 hour. The therapist was very friendly and massages my hands whilst having a steamer on.
