Nice facial! I would have liked to have more explanation as the beautician was doing the different steps but it was a pleasant experience overall.

I had an early appointment at 9.30 am as I live close by. The therapist was slightly late due to traffic but once she arrived, all was well. The reception acts as a check in/ drinks area which was a bit confusing but the therapy took itself was brightly lit and comfortable. The table was heated (much appreciated on a cold winter morning) and the service was good. My therapist (Silvia) was friendly and efficient. They used hot wax and she checked that the temperature was fine for me. All in all, I would recommend this place for the waxing.

The spa isn’t a super relaxing day spa to relax in but the facial was really effective and my skin has been complimented on a number of times since. Would definitely rebook, great value and great therapist.
