Good facial. Was a bit disappointed I never got a neck/shoulder massage whilst treatments were on, but that's just me!

Really quick treatment (done in half the time) but to a high standard. The only decrease in rating due to the wax being extremely hot, this was mentioned but the temperature remained really hot - could be due to the fact that it was over so quickly the wax didn’t have time to cool down!
