I was apprehensive having booked at the Circle before and having a very bad experience. Long story short for my last appt. I was 15 mins late on a weekday lunchtime and called ahead to inform them and I was told that was fine. Then when I arrived I was told my appointment would not be honoured and I couldn't rebook effectively losing the money. This time I booked time off work in order to attend and was met with a warm reception from a member of staff in the lobby (her colleague at reception was just chatting away with a client and completely ignored me). They took me to the beautician who was very nice throughout the procedure and clearly eager to please. The callus peel itself was very effevtive and made my feel feel really smooth. I would definitely do it again.
