Really efficient, although it took a bit longer than previous waxes absolutely everything was gone, even the tiny tiny hairs. It took longer than previous waxes for any hair to grow back. a bit more painful than previous waxes, but a lot better results!

The spa was very nice and simple, and the staff were all very kind and professional. The masseuse was also very kind and attentive, though the pregnancy massage was very, very light touch - even after asking for more pressure it didn't feel like a massage. However this could be standard for a pregnancy massage.
