The manicure initially seemed nice but now one of my fingers seems to be a bit swollen and tender, so I’m concerned the items weren’t cleaned properly I do want to say that Joanna was lovely. However, unfortunately I felt the ladies by reception were incredibly unprofessional, they were talking badly about a client which I think looked quite bad. No matter how rude the client may be, talking badly about then in the open seems very unprofessional. So overall, disappointed
