The manicure initially seemed nice but now one of my fingers seems to be a bit swollen and tender, so I’m concerned the items weren’t cleaned properly
I do want to say that Joanna was lovely. However, unfortunately I felt the ladies by reception were incredibly unprofessional, they were talking badly about a client which I think looked quite bad. No matter how rude the client may be, talking badly about then in the open seems very unprofessional.
So overall, disappointed

Excellent leg and bikini wax with Gosia. She was friendly, competent and worked efficiently at the right pace. It was my first time at the salon and I found it very clean and with nice atmosphere (lovely flowers in the therapy room). My skin came out super soft as well and still is a week later. Definitely recommend and will be back.
