Front reception was super kind but I was not happy with my treatment. I booked a gel removal and chose this salon because it said that they would manually do it. I do not like getting my gel removed with the drill. However, she said that since the company I used at the previous salon is not the real shellac she can’t. My nails are now all ruined and super thin. But the worst part, they hurt and keep bending. She should’ve offered me a refund or a choice. So disappointed.
