Joanna was absolutely fantastic in helping deal with some messy lashes (from elsewhere) and doing some infills that looked beaut and have lasted for 4 weeks! Super friendly, professional and an excellent job done - really natural looking as I had wanted!

Shampoo and hair wash was great. Haircut ended up pretty good, but she was incredibly rough with my head and face when brushing and combing. She also offered no finishing service of how I’d like it dried or styled, she simply pulled my gown off and went and sat behind the desk. I then got no goodbye or anything. Started off very nice, but ended rubbish.
