After my dodgy back scenario at the end of last year this was my first 'back to normal' deep tissue massage and as per usual everything was great. Due to my improving strength Natasha now has to use more pressure so I can really get the feeling and benefit. I'll defo be back one day but I don't feel the need for a deep tissue every month any more.

Before i get into my experience i do want to say Natasha is an excellent masseuse, one of the best I've had, and I've been to many over the years i had a 1hr back/neck and shoulder massage. I'll get into that in more detail later on. I want to explain my star rating first, I turned up a little early and unfortunately it turned out Wahanda failed to notify Natasha that i was due that day. As i waited outside a couple men drove up one her husband. I was told she would be 30mins late, it wasn't her fault i had come came from very far so i was happy to wait outside. As i needed the bathroom a gentleman let me in. I say the following to improve your business and home and ultimately yourself, as i always feel an unsanitary messy home does effect us mentally. What i saw of the house as i made my way to the bathroom, I can't comprehend, I cannot imagine the last time it was cleaned or tidied. Mirrors were full of dirt, floor had bits everywhere and dirty tissues, as the gentleman opened the door to the bathroom i was shocked, he pointed to the cubicle without a flinch. The floors were covered in dirty clothes, including the cubicle area to the point where i couldn't see the floor. I actually had to ask him to move them. The bathroom again was in much the same way i couldn't wash my hands as the sink was filthy and full of long hair. At this point i was a little shaken and made my way back outside to wait, all the time debating whether to go home or stick it out...since i presumed i wouldn't be refunded. So I stuck it out and hoped the treatment room would be clean and sanitary. She eventually arrived, and she was absolutely lovely, i cannot take that away from her, as she opened the beauty room though i was horrified again, it was a mess, bloody tissue on the floor, used plaster, paper etc... the cabinet was beautiful but it was messy dirty and things were spilling out. She tried her best to tidy some things up and made me a tea and some crisps. She really tried and i do appreciate that, maybe if she had known i was coming it would have been clean and tidy but i can't imagine it would take just a day to sort out, i could never let my home get to this. I would hope you would take this feedback as hard as it may be to read, take it as a wake up call rather than an attack or trying to sabotage a business because that is not my intention.
The massage however was wonderful and you did a great job. Natasha was lovely, she asked me many questions, and seemed to know the issues straight away, she is extremely knowledgeable and pointed out things before i even lay down, i was given an oil of my choice due to the mix up which was also very kind. She did talk a lot at the beginning but i presume it was because of the whole situation. Natasha knows exactly where to press add pressure and what method to use without you saying anything so i'd say that is a natural talent not many have. I was given many many great tips for free that i appreciate, to do with skin care and obviously posture/exercises. She did extend my massage to a lower back massage which i hadn't paid for so i would like to thankyou for that, it was again much appreciated. I felt like i was walking on air when i walked out, i did feel amazing and light. I do feel lighter today(the next day) my back is much better and my neck feels amazing! I do probably need one more session as suggested. However i don't think i could come back and I cannot tell you how frustrating that is because i really feel I've finally found a great masseuse and i would travel all the way (1hr20mins! its a long way) just for another massage. I do think your great Natasha but please use this feedback as a wake up call.

After damaging my back sleeping on a dodgy bed over Xmas I literally begged Natasha to see me with short notice. I was completely stiff and beyond all levels sore unable to move my neck from side to side. Natasha knew was to do and slowly eased into my dreadful knots before offering advice on what new measures to take, i.e., sleep in a rock hard floor!
Needless to say it was quite possibly the most rewarding massage I've had to date. I was in terrible pain afterwards but I knew this was due to the extra pressure, but after a few days I was back to normal.

I popped over to Natasha this morning for the first time and she was amazing!
My body feels so light and so free. She was so friendly, calm and relaxing. My whole body was tied up in knots and my eyes were so sore, however by the time I had left I actually had forgotten my glasses behind!! I would definitely recommend Natasha and will definitely be going back.
