my nails were done with Rima, she doesn't have access to Treatwell appointments for missing the password for the account. she is super responsive with the client, super nice and takes amazing care for your hands and nails.
Gel Nails Manicure
Made a mess of my nails. Came for an infill for a beautiful set I had done on the high st. She didn’t take off the shellac properly and started applying acrylic on top! Struggled with making the acrylic set it was all over my fingers. Tried to tell me the monomer was water?!? Shouted at me when I asked “are you ok it looks like you are struggling” ended up walking out. Lady doing hair was nice and kind. Was treated poorly by the nail tech. I left with no infill!
Hard Gel Extensions & Overlays
Really really good haircut. Man can cut well and as someone with really straight Asian hair it was cut to perfection without coming out like a pineapple.

The person doesn’t even work there anymore, apparently they keep forgetting to update the system, took ages to even give me that info, then offered for someone else to do it but for like double the price and then it turned out that person wasn’t even available, so really they wasted my time and still haven’t even refunded my money or even contacted me about it. Super annoying

I visited this place since they renovated and I have a terrible experience. I went in for nail polish removal but it's turned into a nightmare. All my nails become extremely thin and fragile. Ever after 2 weeks my nails still not recovering.
