I have over 13 years of hands-on experience working with clients, specializing in sciatica, lower back issues, as well as tension in the neck, head, and face. I studied Sports Therapy and Complementary Therapies, completed Advanced Reflexology training, and graduated from a Kinesiology college. In my work, I combine various manual techniques such as myofascial release, Kobido facial massage, cupping, and deep tissue methods—always adapting them to the client’s individual needs. What brings the best results is a blended approach: during a single session, I often mix several techniques to address the root cause of pain or imbalance in a holistic and effective way.
