I requested and got a firm pressure full body massage, lasting the full hour. Marius asked me throughout to check I was comfortable with the pressure and the treatment. It was cross between a traditional deep tissue massage and manipulation similar to an osteopath/chiropractor. I felt at ease and thoroughly relaxed by the end. Loved it!
