Honestly one of my top 5 worst waxes.
- Firstly the wax was way too hot. I said it was too hot and she made no effort to lower it, which was especially bad since she had to re-apply the hot wax at least 2-4 times over each spot to get all the hairs (an issue most people don't have to do with hot wax) and still had to tweeze quite a bit.
- She painfully snagged my skin multiple times from the wax not being ready to be ripped off.
Not worth saving 10 quid for this experience.

Great experience! Elisa was very warm and comfortable to be around. Very friendly and a good listener. She did an excellent job. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend.

Elisa was great really friendly and professional ! Salon area was clean and tidy. I have been struggling to find a good waxer since moving back to London specially as I have coarse Afro- Caribbean hair and really sensitive skin so need a little extra care taken when getting waxed !Will definitely be returning and recommending healing hands to friends and family
