Treatment was quick, effective and not too painful. I’ve been to this venue several times and had three different beauty therapists, all of whom have been really good.

The entrance is quite hard to find within a multi-tenanted building. The waxing didn’t feel great, it took longer than previous experiences and left stray hairs

I am sorry but this place looks absolutely nothing like on the pictures.
When I walked in I considered turning around as I got a bit worried about the hygiene procedures (this isn’t to say there weren’t any but using the same roll wax on everyone doesn’t seem right to me).
The wax itself was the worst I’ve ever got. I am left with bruises under the skin and a lot of hair.

Renu wasfantastic, she didn't speak much which Iactually liked very much. She did a really thorough job, and shes the first person to get my triangle nice and symmetrical (I had a Brazilian and I like a triangle patch instead of a stripe).
