The objective was met - A wax with barely any strays. But I wouldn’t return. She didn’t knock to check I was ready, so I was exposed when she opened the door. Numerous times I said it was too hot…no effort was made to cool it down, blow on it etc. It all felt rushed, and she was a bit rough with me. Minimal hints of customer care. Her small dog jumped up on me, FINE for me but not for anyone who is allergic. Overall just felt unprofessional, quite cold, rushed/rough vibes
