Literally the worst wax I’ve ever had and I get wax’s every few months. Firstly she move my appointment a whole hour later cause she was running late. Then started rushing me to get there 20 mins earlier after she moved it. Secondly wasn’t Elisa who did the appointment and the person who I had was rushing.. she burnt me with the wax .. basically was ripping my skin that we had to stop. So I left in pain, with bumps and half a wax. She also mentioned that she’s never done ‘thick’ hair before.
