I booked a No-Hands massage which was fabulous; it made a lasting difference on the tension in my back. She used forearms, wrists and other parts (had my eyes closed so not sure :) ) and I felt like the tension was being rolled out of me with a magical rolling pin :). Candice encouraged me to breathe out fully as the tension released, very effective. She used lovely scents and was so attentive to my needs. Also added some face reflexology which I loved. Great experience, I'll be back!
