I have been having reflexology at Heal your Sole since the beginning of the year and Victoria is excellent and very knowledgable and every visit is lovely, my appointment last week I had booked my very first Hot Stone which is 1 1/2 hour and extremely relaxing I’m now hooked and have already booked my next appointment.

Had a wonderful experience with heal your soul. A well needed treatment of reflexology to try help my symptoms of anxiety and ME/CFS.
Victoria was so lovely and she knew what she was doing, and I felt this, the lodge she has to work from is clean, comfortable and relaxing. The heated blanket was a winner 😄 I have booked in already foet next treatment . Thank you 🙏
