first time in the salon, booked an appointment with jacob on the back of online reviews and was not disappointed. really welcoming salon, not pretentious (which is a bonus), good value for money. they really listen to your requirements and give you practical and useful advice. You can tell Jacob has a lot of experience and his enthusiasm for his profession comes through. also there is no hard sell on treatments or hair styles. very happy with the whole experience and will definitely go back.
