Ana was amazing! I got a pixie cut and she was really patient as I kept changing my mind. When I asked her about how she was cutting it, she explained what she was doing and how it would look on my hair. Ana was so lovely and friendly and I was thrilled to have my hair transformed by her!

Ana gave me a very neat haircut and I've not seen my hair look so professional. Plus she offered to add some waves, in no time. She also offered a free fringe trim if I later decide it isn't short enough.
She made sure I didn't damage my hair with colouring and explained what was possible, strand testing it first.
Ana and her colleagues create a really friendly atmosphere and were flexible with timings when something came up.
