Jacob never ceases to amaze me. He's able to provide the same really exceptional service whether you are the first of his jobs of the day, or the last, as was the case last Saturday. The salon team buzz with energy and goodwill. There's a lovely local atmosphere, but you get the kind of haircut you'd expect if you were paying West End prices. I feel so lucky that Heads High is in my neighbourhood. Jacob is usually incredibly busy so it feels great to have managed to catch him. Thanks!
