Ana gave me a very neat haircut and I've not seen my hair look so professional. Plus she offered to add some waves, in no time. She also offered a free fringe trim if I later decide it isn't short enough.
She made sure I didn't damage my hair with colouring and explained what was possible, strand testing it first.
Ana and her colleagues create a really friendly atmosphere and were flexible with timings when something came up.
This was my second time getting my hair cut at heads high and just like before, all staff were welcoming, it's super clean, they are experts in their field and super friendly. I will definitely be going back when I next need a trim and colour!
