Although they had a bit of a problem with an electrical fault, once they started doing my hair - it was great service. The staff are very friendly and funny, and made me feel very comfortable. They put a lot of care into their work and I was very pleased with the quality for the price I paid.

I initially visited HeadQuarterz because my hairdresser (Paul) had just moved there from another salon and I refuse to let anyone else cut my hair! In short, Paul is fantastic and everyone at HeadQuarterz is so friendly and welcoming that each visit is a like going out for a drink with your friends (and coming out with a fab haircut) I would highly recommend the salon to anyone (not just for the massage chairs although they are a bonus)
Really enjoyed the experience. Staff were friendly and gave great advice. You can choose from a selection of drinks and when you get your hair washed you get to sit in a massage chair. Great blow dry.

This place keeps improving. When you think it cannot get any better they surprise you with a better experience.
The staff is really helpful, all products used are high quality and the service outstanding.
My highlights and cut are perfect and the Brazilian keratin treatment is the best in London!
The coffee and wine served are also spot on!
