Excellent experience, I felt I was listened to, my hair was done just as I was hoping and it was very pleasant to chat with the hairdresser/stylist along the way. Intending to keep coming back.

Staff were friendly, there was no wait and I was offered a drink right away. My hair was cut a bit shorter than I was expecting and although I had brought a picture of my last cut, this one is different. Not bad, just not the same.
