We arrived on time to be told they did not have our booking. Then when we proved our booking they told us they had us down to arrive 2 hours prior and we had been logged as a no show. In the end they had the salon manager do my daughters hair in a rushed manner without much customer service or care. She is a busy athlete with a full schedule and this was a very disappointing experience.
