I went for the half head of highlights but the lady did a balayage on my and damaged my hair alot with bleach. My hair has been falling out ever since. Extremely unsatisfactory experience. Please be firm and ask for what you would like rather than always listening to hair stylist

I usually always get a blunt trim with bangs. Pretty straightforward. However Hannah managed to leave one strand completely uncut, one side shorter than the other and the most uncomfortable haircut experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t appreciate being argued with when I could clearly see what was wrong with the cut, even if she didn’t. My hair is now much shorter than I would have liked due to the unevenness of it all. I also didn’t appreciate being rushed through in between clients. Thankfully George came to the rescue - he was lovely, had attention to detail, and really helped fix what was an extremely botched haircut before my holiday.
