It was my first time at Headmaster’s - as my usual hairdresser was closed that day. So glad I went! I was welcomed into the brightest and cleanest salon by the lovely Katherine, who gave me a consultation and discussed in detail what I needed. She proceeded to give me one of the most stylist and chic haircuts I’ve ever had, perfectly suited to the shape of my face. I got loads of compliments as a result! Thanks a lot! Will be back again!

First of all, not all the materials for the full head of highlights are included in the treatwell price. Once you get to the place you are required to purchase the toner for your treatment at an extra 16.50 plus vat per bottle. I had to pay for 2 which made me feel incredibly cheated.
My appointment was on the 24th of December (my bad!) because the Senior Technician kept insisting on giving me a balayage treatment because that would be quicker even though is not what I wanted. She even had to check with the manager if they would have time. My appointment was at 10:30. If they are not willing to take the time on the day for the treatment then don’t offer it on the day!
The Indian head massage that I paid for was non existent. The experience overall was terrible, I did not like the outcome and would not recommend this place to anyone.
