I had come here without problems for years. I had a very bad haircut here from a young female member of staff. I had long hair and went in for a light trim. About six inches was cut from the front and even worse about 8/10 inches from the back. I was left with very short layers above chin height. The front was completely uneven at the fringe and different lengths at the front. It has taken me about 8 months for my hair to look remotely passable and will take a year or two to grow back. The manager is fine but the staff member is still there so I would not visit.
