I had a wash, cut and blow dry and found the whole experience great. Before the hairwash the stylist took the time to ask me what I wanted and gave some suggestions for styling. During the cut they checked in to make sure I was ok with the length and style. Really welcoming salon with excellent customer service and reasonable prices.
Great salon and attentive service. Had an in depth chat about my hair with the stylist who was very knowledgeable. Great haircut and blow dry, possibly the best I've had in a while. I would have loved to give them 5 stars but there was a lot of hard sell to buy a certain brand of shampoo and conditioner and that ruined it for me slightly!
Another brilliant experience here, they do the best curly blow dry I've had in north west London. If you have time it's worth sitting in for 5 mins with it pinned up to get extra bounce and durability! Their blow dries always look fab on the night & can often last a good couple of days after too if you're careful & use some strategic dry shampoo! Lovely experience as always with very friendly staff.
