My hair was cut much shorter than requested and thinning scissors were used without my permission taking a great deal of volume out if my hair. The manager just sided with the staff and did not care to listen to my concerns. This was the worst haircut I have ever had and would not recommend it at all.

The cut is pretty bad, asymmetric on the sides in a clearly visible way. Also she put some product on my air that made them super super oily, I think by mistake. Very low quality/price.

there wasn’t really a proper consultation and everything I asked ended up being a no, so I felt like a paid a lot for just a trim (my hair didn’t need a cut) when what I wanted was a new style. It almost felt like my stylist couldn’t really be bothered and then what I really needed, weight taken out of my hair, wasn’t done, I wanted layers and a bit of a new style rather than just straight lacklustre hair and I was told no because I would need to style it daily, which is fine. Disappointed
