there wasn’t really a proper consultation and everything I asked ended up being a no, so I felt like a paid a lot for just a trim (my hair didn’t need a cut) when what I wanted was a new style. It almost felt like my stylist couldn’t really be bothered and then what I really needed, weight taken out of my hair, wasn’t done, I wanted layers and a bit of a new style rather than just straight lacklustre hair and I was told no because I would need to style it daily, which is fine. Disappointed

Loved how Batoul really took on board my vision for my style and coached me through hair maintenance. she's actually a total gem of a stylist. I rarely get my hair done through fear of stylists not really listening and she's totally helped me.
