Francesca absolutely smashed my expectations! For the last 10 years, I’ve had the same colour and v shaped cut/ long styled hair. Yesterday, I got it all lopped off! It’s now back to blonde and shoulder length, and I couldn’t be happier with it. I would highly recommend Francesca’s suggestions and I will 100% be back for my next hair appointment!

This was my fault for expecting something different from this place. I’m unfortunately just unable to complain when I’m in the store which I also take responsibility for - but I honestly can’t believe they were happy to let me leave the salon as I did. Bad cut. Bad colour. Worse style. And also managed to orchestrate it so that I had to pay even MORE money in there for something they had executed terribly. They’re con artists and poor hairdressers. I won’t be going back.
