From beginning to end was great! I booked for a wash, haircut and blow-dry. Chantelle was super patient and friendly. She took the time to understand the cut I wanted, great scalp massage, then kept asking me if it was looking as I wanted. Also got offered a tea/coffee, magazines while I got the haircut. I would highly recommend it and I would go again

Firstly, I was told I booked an appointment with a ‘senior’ stylist but instead I had the most junior stylist. I’m so disappointed with my haircut. My hair wasn’t properly washed. The hair cut took two seconds honestly could have done the same job at home and the blow dry was below par too. I’m so disappointed. Will not be going again.

Hair done by Mia - she did a beautiful bouncy blow dry despite me having thick long hair which can be difficult to work with. She listened to what I wanted and was very attentive! Will be coming back!
