There was a mix up in my booking and I did not get a haircut.
I had booked with Luke for 19:30 on Monday but got a call from Sasha at Treatwell to say he had been double-booked but I could go at 19:15 on Monday with Louis. When I arrived at Headmasters Twickenham, Louis wasn't there and my booking had been made for 19:15 Tuesday. I spoke to Emma at Treatwell who assured me I would get a full refund but I'm still waiting. Very irritating experience!
Absolutely fantastic. I got so much for my money and they really helped me with my hair. I bought some products and they were just so friendly and kind.
Well worth it and my hair was great. She washed my hair, I got a head massage whilst my feet were up and the chair gave me a back massage ... she then blow dried my hair, and then CURLED my hair. All the while I had a grand cup of tea and biscuits and was in and out in 40 minutes. Cannot fault it.
