The service was excellent I couldn't have been happier with my hair, and stylist. it's worth noting I prepaid and was charged extra at the salon. This was unfortunate as I had previous bad experiences at other salons changing the price after the service, which now makes me nervous and I really wanted to avoid any surprises. I would recommend confirming directly with the salon before booking how much the total will be as mine was different to what was listed on treatwell.

Chyanne took the time to understand what haircut I was looking for. Her professionalism and attention to detail was just right.

Men's Haircut
I booked for the luxury head massage/wash/cut/blow-dry. The hair wash was cursory, with 10 seconds of a vague attempt at a massage. I took a pic for style inspiration, but ended up with a cut that was nothing like it.
He did actually blow dry it nicely, and I thought, ‘oh - ok maybe I was being too quick to judge’ - but as soon as I was home it was apparent that hairspray had worn off it was a poor cut, uneven, and not what I asked for.
Disappointed - I should’ve complained to be honest.
