Katie did an excellent job - she was friendly, welcoming and professional. She took the trouble to make sure I got the haircut I wanted and continually checked that I liked what she was doing. I'd definitely recommend her work.

Looked nice when I left but I felt it was too quick a blow dry considering my long thick hair which needs time hence why I paid the mid range cost thinking a more senior stylist will be experienced with all hair types.
Stylist didn’t talk much, not the friendly chatty type of hairdresser I’m used to.
A very quick blow dry, not smoothed out properly & after an hour had frizzed up.
I’ve paid a high price for a poor blow dry to have to re-do it all myself. Not what I paid for! Won’t be going back.
