This was a last minute booking at a salon I haven’t used before. I chose a pricier option in the hope of a stress free and better outcome but unfortunately both the communication and basic technique was poor. I understand there are junior and senior stylists but this was just a blow dry, with poor technique - no tension, not smooth, a messy hairdryer dry then attempt to curl with straighteners. It was corrected by another team member but still cost 40£ and took twice as long as planned.
