Neda was fantastic! She was so friendly and knowledgable about the products she used and how best to look after my hair. Her passion for hair care really shows and it was a pleasure to have her cut my hair!

My appointment was great but when I arrived they did not have any details of my appointment. I had the paper that it was confirmed , and they took me but had no details from you.

There was a mix up with the booking system and they went out of their way to sort out the issue and make sure that I got my blow dry and didn't feel rushed at all - it was excellent.
