Welcoming salon & offered a drink. Hair in the sink-yuk. Sammy was lovely person to chat with. However he didn't know how to blow dry my long thick hair. A lot of breakage & drying hair that wasn't smoothed out. Hair cut 10 inches shorter. From waist to shoulder length, but cute. Hair is totally damaged. Dried out & frizzy & knotted!After Blowdry i Always have smooth,manageable healthy hair, but this has left my hair damaged.Regret the 10% tip.Sorry but this is an honest review. Hair is damaged now
