Very happy with my experience here. I needed to swap my appointment date which they were happy to do. When arriving they took my coat and offered me something to drink. Then brought out a tray with water and biscuits. The stylist then came and had a chat to ask about what I wanted before she started. She then began to start and took her time with what she was doing, even when she washed my hair she took nearly an hour as she was putting so much different products in my hair to treat it. When finished she also blow dried it to a style and again took so much time and effort in this. They also do a good deal if you sign up where you get 25% off in the week and 10% all other times which is handy. I love the way my hair turned out and will definitely be going back. Stylist Jodie.
