I book this appointment because I had my graduation ball that day. The place was empty and quiet. The staff was nice and polite, the place was very clean and overall newly refurnished.
I did not give them five stars because I did not get the hair style I wanted.
I explain at the begining of the consultation that I wanted a wavy hair. The stylist seem to know what I wanted and did not ask any questions.
She wash my hair and started the styling, no questions.
Hair was dryed and styled like if I was going to my first comunion, my hair is half length, what she did was big curls with the curling tongs and lots of fixing spray. I could have done myself, right?
I did not complain or comment because I am this type of person that does not like to complain or confront besides was my graduation and I was happy to have made it to 4 years of hard studies, so no hard feelings

This was my first time at the new Headmasters Salon in Streatham and I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I have been using a different salon of theirs for the past years and always a same hairdressers so was a little apprehensive about changing. But no need to have worried, he was excellent at listening and understanding what I wanted/needed. The end result was excellent. Will definitely go back.
